Why we should take a nap ?



Yupz ... Humans are generally active in the daytime. So many activities, so benyak spend energy. How do you restore your stamina after a tired activity?
Naps, be a solution. In addition to resting the body, take a nap has many benefits, namely:
1. A study, that 45-minute nap can improve brain memory.
2. To increase labor productivity. Due to restore the lost stamina.
3.  For people with insomnia, naps make them more fit
4. Reduce  your stress load. A study that stress hormones decrease after nap
5. Nap for 20-40 minutes a day lowers the risk of heart disease.
A healthy nap is at 1-3 pm. So it is recommended to squeeze in a nap in your busy
schedules.
